Community Asset Application



Are You or Your Organization an Asset?

We welcome you as an applicant to register yourself (or your group or organization) on this web-site for, Asset Building in Our Community (ABC). Online registrants will be emailed a copy of their application. Also, we thank you for your interest in building local youth assets. If you prefer, you may complete and sign the application, and mail it to the Assets Board (123 E. North St., Eaton Rapids, MI 48827). We are not in a position to endorse ABC registrants to youth or parents, or to monitor activities. The Assets Board is only able to make your resource known to youth who inquire. Questions? *Definitions:

  • Resource: General term, meaning a source of goods, services or activities (agency, school, food bank..)
  • Organization: Profit or Non-Profit legal entity (business, church, hospital, Service Club, Boy Scouts..)
  • Employer: A resource or organization that offers job-experience and/or pay (store, agency..)
  • Group: Generally an informal and on-going group of people who meet (family, friendship, study, hobby, volunteer..)
  • Neighborhood Group: Proximal adults & youngsters who do activities together (for fun, friendship, projects, seasonal get togethers..)
  • Individual: One person who would like to be a wholesome resource to a youngster (mentor, coach..)
